Oakfield Physiotherapy was heavily dependent on NHS referrals, which had become slower post-pandemic. A previous attempt at Facebook advertising had been run without pixel tracking, a clear audience strategy, or dedicated landing pages, resulting in £600 of spend and zero attributable bookings.
2DRK installed the Meta Pixel and set up standard events for appointment page views and form submissions. We built a Facebook and Instagram campaign targeting adults within 5 miles of the clinic, with separate ad sets for sports injury, back pain, and post-surgery rehabilitation. A dedicated landing page was built for each condition with a prominent click-to-call button and an inline booking form.
