Northgate Dental wanted to shift revenue toward higher-margin cosmetic treatments. Their website used a generic dental template shared by dozens of practices, featured no practitioner profiles, and had no dedicated cosmetic treatment pages — pushing organic traffic toward their NHS appointment page instead of their private services.
2DRK designed and built a premium WordPress site with a clean, clinical aesthetic, detailed practitioner bios, and individual pages for Invisalign, composite bonding, teeth whitening, and smile makeovers — each with FAQ schema and patient testimonials. An Instagram content strategy was built around before-and-after results and patient education content, growing followers from 210 to 1,640 in five months.
Northgate Dental Practice serves the Newcastle area with both NHS and private dentistry. Following the rebrand and SEO campaign, cosmetic treatment enquiries tripled and private revenue rose from 28% to 51% of total income within eight months. The practice has since taken on an additional associate dentist to handle cosmetic treatment demand.
