Grantham & Partners had strong expertise in commercial litigation but almost no digital visibility. Partners were recording informal video updates on their phones but the footage was unused, sitting in a shared drive. The firm had a LinkedIn company page with 140 followers and had not posted in seven months.
2DRK established a monthly video content workflow: partners submit raw talking-head recordings and 2DRK handles editing, captions, thumbnail design, and scheduling. We developed a content calendar mixing short-form legal insight clips, case outcome commentaries, and founder Q&As. LinkedIn and YouTube were set up as primary distribution channels, with edited clips repurposed for the firm's email newsletter.
