Ember & Grain was a new opening with zero digital presence — no website, no social accounts, no photography, and no brand identity beyond a name. The owners had a six-week runway before opening and needed a complete digital launch across website, Instagram, and Google, with enough content momentum to fill tables on opening weekend.
2DRK delivered brand identity guidelines, a WordPress site with online reservation integration, and a full social media launch plan in six weeks. A pre-opening Instagram strategy built anticipation through behind-the-scenes kitchen setup and teaser menus. 2DRK attended a pre-opening shoot and produced a 90-second brand video and 12 edited Reels and TikTok clips released across the two weeks before opening.
Ember & Grain is a wood-fire cooking restaurant in Liverpool's Baltic Triangle. The pre-opening social campaign generated 4,800 Instagram followers before the doors opened and both sittings on opening weekend were fully booked within 48 hours of reservations going live.
